Terms and Conditions

1.0 yoursmallbusiness.digital is a brand owned and operated by Logica Digital ("we," "us," "our"). Any reference to yoursmallbusiness.digital in these Terms includes its parent company, affiliates, and subsidiaries, where applicable.

2.0 Any costs quoted on this website, in documents, or in proposals do not include Value Added Tax( VAT). Any Value Added Tax required will be charged as part of the monthly fee.

3.0 The minimum term for both Small Business Plus and Small Business Starter is six months.

4.0 Payment
4.1 Payments shall be collected automatically on the 1st day of each calendar month unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.

4.2 The paying party shall ensure that sufficient funds are available in the designated account to facilitate the Direct Debit payment.

4.3 If a payment is unsuccessful due to insufficient funds or other reasons, the service provider reserves the right to charge a reasonable administration fee and may suspend services until payment is received.

4.4 Any changes to Direct Debit details must be communicated to the service provider at least 7 days prior to the next scheduled payment date.4.5 The service provider shall provide advance notice of any changes to the amount, date, or frequency of the DirectDebit payment, in accordance with the Direct DebitGuarantee.

5.0 Logica Digital Ltd. will have complete control over working time, methods, and decision-making regarding providing Services. Logica Digital Ltd. will operate autonomously and not under the directionof the Client. However, Logica Digital Ltd. will remain responsive to the reasonable needs and concerns of the Client.

6.0 Logica Digital Ltd. may, at Logica Digital Ltd.'s absolute discretion, engage a third party sub-contractor to perform some or all of the obligations of Logica Digital Ltd.

7.0 Confidentiality
7.1 Confidential Information ("Confidential Information") refers to any data or information related to a business that would reasonably be considered proprietary, including but not limited to accounting records, business processes, and client records. This information is not generally known within the industry and its disclosure could reasonably be expected to cause harm to the business.

7.2 The receiving party agrees not to disclose, divulge, reveal, report, or use any Confidential Information obtained except as authorised by the disclosing party or as required by law. The obligations of confidentiality will apply during the term of the agreement and will survive indefinitely upon its termination

8.0 Except as otherwise provided, all monetary amounts referred to on this website, in documents, or in proposals are in GBP.

Definitions
"Services" refers to the tasks performed to deliver the required work under the Small Business Plus and Small Business Starter packages.
